I've purchased a watch from puretime and the watch stopped working 2 months into wearing it. I've sent them multiple emails but they are ignoring me. I give up. If you are thinking of purchasing watches please avoid puretime. Once they've sold you and taken your money, good luck on getting it fixed. Purchase on your own risk
I am sorry for your experience but afraid to tell you this is not our email. puretime.net is one of the well known scam website.

Our domain and contacts are always listed on this forum https://forum.replica-watch.info/threads/puretime-contact-info.10964260/

It's always the same with these nonsense posters.

At least everyone here in the RWI community has + one name on the not-to-deal list for M2M and the TDs can share the contact infos among them to prevent dealing with this kind of idiots.

Great example of how to ruin your reputation in 20 mins. Great job OP(y)
My list sadly almost fills about 4 A4 sites.
lowballers, scammers, arseholes, guys who wanna make profit with gen parts they bought half price from in china, a massive list.
should start a "i trade with" list.

Thank you. I've sent you an email. Apologies on the confusion. The watch is definitely bought from the right website. I just got the wrong email for technical support.
Please kindly provide your order number, thank you

You've managed to find the most ethical scammer I've ever seen - one that actually sends you a watch. All things considered, could be worse :D

EDIT: Just read the full thread, I'll take that right back! But it's a good reminder to always have the correct contact info figured out...

I'm happy that you are not scammed dude. I wonder about your mechanical problem.
You said that stop working after a couple of months.
I am sure that i would have check basics and ask my watchsmith about.
What if needs just a service? what if you mess the hairspring on a sudden move?

Since it was working and you have no clue about what happen, don't you think that you just loose time?
If you send it back, won't this prrocedure cost a couple of months?
Does this deserve it for something that could be just a few hours work in your watchsmith?
All watches will be serviced soon or later..
