I got a broken watch from the fake Puretime.

I've purchased a watch from puretime and the watch stopped working 2 months into wearing it. I've sent them multiple emails but they are ignoring me. I give up. If you are thinking of purchasing watches please avoid puretime. Once they've sold you and taken your money, good luck on getting it fixed. Purchase on your own risk

You can call yourself lucky that you received a watch at all.

Because if you just would have checked out the contact infos of (the real) Puretime here in this section where you posted your stupid rant, you would have noticed that you fell for a scamming site, impersonating the real Puretime.

Let me guess: You googled Puretime to find the contact instead of using the contact infos shared here on RWI?

Not my first rodeo. I've purchased watches from them before and am completely aware of the scam websites mate

It's possible, but still the contact info showed in your post seems different from the one you can find inside this section of the forum.

Unless Puretime has changed their email addresses recently, I'm afraid the address you attached in the picture doesn't belong to the real Puretime.

It's always the same with these nonsense posters.

At least everyone here in the RWI community has + one name on the not-to-deal list for M2M and the TDs can share the contact infos among them to prevent dealing with this kind of idiots.

Great example of how to ruin your reputation in 20 mins. Great job OP(y)

I've been purchasing watches from the right website. I'm not sure on which email to contact but I know they recently changed it
