Does anyone else have pictures of their 499? With th big KW Pam sale goingbin they have both seagull and 7750 models on sale. Definitely one worth considering if close to the build quality of the 312.

Here are a few pics of my 7750 based 499. Build quality is quite good, can't compare to a 312 as I don't own one but similar quality to my 320. If you need anymore pics let me know.

Do you know if the factories are using the same enamel sticker for the subdial 2nd hand on the 499 as they do on the 113?

I don't think they use an enamel sticker on the 499, there isn't one on mine.

Must admit I was sorely tempted in the current KW PAM sale, my collection needs a white faced PAM and I love the 1950's case too. Ended up opting for a 351, 312 and 505 in the end though and that's about all I could afford for right now.

Got this and a 388 left on my PAM list now, would've taken the 388 over the 505 ideally but no seagull movement available presently so I'll wait.

Interesting selection. With the 351 and the 312 having such simmilar looks, I am not sure I would have gone with basicaly the same watch with different case metal base, but to each his own.

I certainly think that if any factory took the time to nail a 113 or another white face PAM it would be a big seller.

Did think of that, I prefer the 351 really but not all straps will work with it of course because of the brown dial, plus the titanium used in reps is not wonderfully durable as I understand it so ended up ordering the 351 for wearing occasionally and drooling over and the 312 to wear more often as the more durable and versatile watch.

Fair enough. 312 was my 1st great rep 4 years back and just upgraded to the KW, so defiantly love it.
