I have dozen of stories like this one.

I have to spend more time answering pms that working on the fu*** reps.

Now I have been sick...I was not able to work for about 12 days (trip+illness). I am afraid...really afraid.. I can imagine the pms are coming.... i am scared....

this is a very handcrafted work.... sometimes we need a lot of time to solve some problems.... and the quality of reps is not helping to achieve a perfect soluton....

I really feel sorry for you watch smith guys, having to deal with so many problematic people. Let me just say that IMHO you provide an invaluable service to the community.

Every morning another new idiot wakes up - in the service industry you never know who's turning up as a customer. Strict TOS will make your lives easier but still an a**hole will eventually turn up and ruin your day. It is because you have ethics and they don't. That does not mix.

lesson learned: stay away from ASIAN 7750!

Actually that's not the lesson here, the A7750's are not bad, I've never had one fail on me by itself, the only one that failed is one I managed to screw up the keyless when removing the crown [wrong position to remove it]. The others are running fine and have been doing so for more than 2 years.

New here, but read a lot of G's posts. Would be sad to see you leave! There was a post earlier about setting expectations...I think it's a really important point. My sense is that you are a person that loves his work and likes to share. That's awesome, but don't let people take advantage of you. There's nothing wrong with pushing back when you feel it's right, and as this thread shows there are many respected community members who will back you up.

Hope we don't lose you.
