did a search, a few entries regarding the deployant edges being rough or catching flesh, but none with the curve of the deployant. I think I need to bend the deployant so it curves less, however it is quite a substantial bit of steel. I and thinking of what would be the best option, compress it in a clamp or hammer it flatter. I was wondering is anyone had tried this.

Going one more hole makes it too loose for my wrist.

thanks

I have had the same problem with Hublot clasps. They are very uncomfortable and cut into my wrist. My "solution" was to sand down the sharp edges with a dremel and make them smooth. That fixed most of the problem. With regard to bending the clasp, I didn't try that. I wonder if that's easy to do without affecting the functionality of the clasp.

Perhaps try to source a V1 clasp/strap since it's way more comfortable the the V2 watch clasps.
That's at least what I have done and it works wonders :)

It seems to me I remember something about giving mine a little more curve, the only issue I had was that the outside of the deployant/clasp would get caught on things more than others I've worn...

Does anyone know if you can simply buy a hublot strap what was made for a regular buckle. I know that it kind of heresy - but i would be willing to go for that to simply solve the problem.

The bending option is a good one : the V2 is easy to bend by hand, the V1 needs some tool. So the best thing to do is probably to buy a V2 clasp (20 to 30 USD ?) and mod it.
It works and makes the clasp less uncomfortable.

I'm all confused, you all have problems with hbb clasps?? I mean only v2 or v1 too? I have never felt anything funny about my v1

Both clasps I have are digging into my wrist. I once searched on the boards for all different solutions (even the funniest) and found that the most reasonable (and less destructive) was bending some part of the clasp. I never managed to bend the V1 by hand, and it was a piece of cake for the v2.

v2 clasp

Generally the issues are with the V2 clasp only, the V1 has good reviews

thanks

The buckle end of my clasp digs in a bit sometimes...I loosened the strap and it solved it. It wears a but more loosely than I usually wear watches, but not tremendously so.

A good option (if you like the style) is to switch to the bracelet : absolutely comfortable. :)
