The crown spacing issue is the most over blown "tell" ever. I know 5 guys with Gens, they know more models off the top of their heads than i do and they didnt notice it side by side! Its one of those things that only we would know. In any case its a thing of the past as all the new H lines will have it corrected. Easier that spending over a hundred bucks!

Now, to why i came back to this thread.

I have it on good authority that the Pam 000 is in development by the H factory and will be available in 2 months time...Dunno what that means in real time though

Not really, the 005 has nice spacing too. and like the rest said. its overblown on the crown spacing issue.

On a related topic, how does everyone feel about the quality of the 312/320/328 to these h-factory super reps? In people's opinion are they built to the same quality and likeness to gen?

There will be hi-end replica of PAM 104 from H-maker in two months (most optimistic version). Got info from Joshua (he knows I want this pam badly being not quite happy with existing so-called ultimate version).

That's why "most optimistic" version. Anyway, seems logical for H-maker to follow the path of:

- getting rid of old movements
- slowly going into automatic / date
- gmt etc. to follow

Our esteemed members please correct me if wrong
the 3xx series you are looking at are also the ultimate version in the market. Their are of good quality but will have shortcomings like any Reps. H factory is not an exception.

Ultimate being = as close to gen as possible based on the same models available in the market currently.

On a side note: H factory should really be looking at improving the movement. Too much hype will be an issue especially for us buyers. does QC start to fall short? Myself 1 out of 2 from them have movt problem...
(then again some will tell me for the price we are paying for them, we should not be too picky )

They still sell the Ultimate Automatics $400.


To me these noob and h factory pams look better, feel better, taste better (what???), have better lume (much better), nicer crystals, better CG, etc. etc... ALL AT HALF THE COST!!!

Absolutely correct. Avenger007 and I compared the spacing on his 005 rep and my gen 000 - it was barely a noticeable difference, even with them side by side on the table.
