I’ve used Trusty many times over the years (along with lots of other members) and have never had any problems- mistakes happen and when they do you can rely on the TD to resolve them.

Hi , thank you very much , there is some lot missunderstanding around my order especialy missing comunication and also when it comes to the FORWARDER whos is charge of shipping. I have been buying since 2016 from TD's never had problems at all but this time i was so cofused and lost as it tooks 2 months to get my trucking number which it was verrry very late i couldnt release my items from Customs after thn . Thats because the FORWARDER which i have never went thru as i always get shipped directly. The problem now seems solved as trusty time will ship again my order and i will do my best to release the 3 watches stuck in cistoms and shipped to them back. Thank you sir ????
