If you read the thread, you will find out the strap is made by level z's friend. A little bit more research and you will find out that the movement is asian for the H-factory 061D.

how to tell whether its Gen or not? im getting a supposely used Gen 061D

One of the remaining flaws is the CG. The shape of the gen has many compound curves on the top with the bottom being completely flat.
