How to waterproof a chanel J12.

I got a Chanel J12 for my girlfriend.Now i want to know how to waterproof this watch.

Spec:38mm Full Ceramic/ Sapphire Crystal/ 21J movement.

I just open the watch and found that there is a little spaces between the caseback and case, and found that the gasket is inside where the front and movement sits in.

I don't understand this model at all and a bit of help would be grateful.

btw: how do you know if its full ceramic? Place a magnet on the case without the movement in it????

Ceramic test. Bite down with teeth. Tooth should break first.

Yes I know Superman it was sort of a joke in that Chinese ceramic would probably break a tooth.

DP I will let the experts chime in on this one. I would say silicone grease on the gasket and silicone caulk on fill the mccracken.
