I look at it like this; if someone doesn’t use an RWI TD, they shouldn’t be here trying to determine the voracity of a dealers claims. It pretty much undermines the whole concept of a TD list, which the admins and members put a huge amount of effort into compiling for us, for no reason but to avoid situations like this for fellow enthusiasts, when you order from a non-TD.
If you bought elsewhere, and are curious as to how to identify authenticity, the in depth guide linked and so generously provided by
@dogwood is the way to do it. So in the end, even though you chose to do it your way, as if you know better than these doctorate level reppers how to buy a rep as a self proclaimed noob, you still win, bc they’ve so graciously provided everything you need for free, from the platform to every drop of info contained herein.
Now, you’ll probably say I sound harsh, or unhelpful, yet I’m only being direct and clear. But I assure you, if you put your pride aside and just do as suggested, you will be happier, better educated, relieved, and welcomed. Honestly, all you have to do is respect the people who have been doing this for decades, bc like it or not, there is in fact a hierarchy, just like any situation where information is traded. Some know more than others and that’s a fact. Respect them for not only sharing their knowledge freely, but also for the thousands of hours they’ve sacrificed from their personal lives, which are just as important as yours, learning all they know.
If I were in your position, I would be more inclined to find the answer to my question rather than argue over the manner in which it was delivered, or whether or not someone is wording their comments delicately enough. But I’m not in your position since I would only and have ever only ordered from an RWI TD or m2m from an established member.
