How to set the 2836?

Hello! I have been searching for a guide on how to set this movement correctly (the watch I have purchased is a gmf gmt master 2 with A2836 movement, and I decided to come here for help in how to properly set it without breaking anything,

Is yours an ichs or chs.
Does it have a jumping hour hand?

if not then its ichs. My only recommendation on ichs is after setting the date or using the gmt hand to go ahead and pull the crown all the way out before pushing it back in.

Other than that... I know Ive read posts on chs protocol but never committed it to memory.
