They are Trusted Dealers (TD) because it’s sure you will get the right watch vs a random dude on Instagram
Now it did happen to me to get a watch from the wrong factory. This is a very rare incident based on the general experience of members

It is about trust, it’s in the description “trusted dealers”
Look how big the forum is and look how many members it has. Years and years of successful trades with dealers and factories in china. These dealers go through rigorous vetting process to be able to trade here, it’s not some tin-pot half arsed facebook/whatsapp group knocking off crappy overpriced junk. This is where the big dogs hang out, this is the real deal my friend. Purchase with confidence.

No I dont, he didn't mentioned that he had an refund experience, he was saying that as in general

You attributed his knowledge of watches to his "genius" when he told you how to obtain knowledge.
Put in the hard work and read. You want the results but dont want to work hard.

Nah, that was his experience. The dealers are trusted for a reason. All the complains from single posters are the result from ordering from scammer websites.
