Maybe you know this, maybe not...
Owning a rep isn't illegal in Germany and having someone mod or repair is legal too.
So these guys did nothing illegal but you do.
Not only that fraud is a capital crime which is interesting for the "Staatsanwaltschaft"...I doubt that you are paying tax for your work...guess who's going to be after you if you decide to ignore anyone here!!

Anyone with details on this guy should come forward ASAP and let us know via PM. If he doesn't make good a whole lot of legal shit will rain down upon him. He has a lot of various IDs and although we are reasonably sure which is him the more info the better. Time to send our DE representative to knock on a few doors me thinks. Normally we deal with this kind of thing ourselves but this one is going the legal way. Anyone know what the penalty for criminal fraud is in Germany? Knowing the Germans I bet it isn't light and I bet it ruins your entire life.
Anyone know any way at all to get funds back from PayPal if it's paid via friends and family without exposing RWI? Any help is much appreciated.

Strafgesetzbuch (Criminal Code) General fraud Section 263 - A person who deceives somebody with the intent of obtaining for himself or a third person an unlawful material benefit and thereby damages the property of another commits fraud. Specific intent directed at enriching oneself or a third party is required. The offence can also be attempted (section 263(2))

Check the TC Sales thread by that max12345 scammer...the purchaser was able to get PayPal to reverse a friends and family gift payment aparently by saying he paid it by mistake...
This is incredible, and not in a good way.

Hold off on it my friend! I'm sure this will get solved!! Are you located in CONUS? If you have a sub- 300 rep I can up trade you for my 15400, that way you can make a little more. I know the pain. I'm in a 40k hole right now from legal issues. @HerbertPeter maybe this would be a good time to come out and explain yourself before this goes nuclear. It could all just be incompetence on your part but you should understand that we have to think the worst due to your actions and lack of communication so far.

If you paid via bank transfer thers's a good chance that you know his real name and hometown, am I right? Maybe this would help the mods @Raddave
