Thx for searching anyways. I will go for the spring with cousins and the rotor with this German supplier.

Ask römer, maybe he can order the spring for you.

In this moment, i used this mod for my newly aquired KW PAM 569 and 571. The noise and rattling sound the movements made when i received them was annoying. So i decided to give it a try without changing the stop click and only removing the decoplate and oiling the rotor with möbius 9010. And? The difference is lightyears ahead of what it had been first. Perfect tutorial. Next step will be changing the rotor and bearing to a oem eta one. But for now i am really impressed and very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

The PAM438 A7750 has the same deco construction.

BTW, today I found the time for a full service at my 7750 movement from the 389. And I don't know if somebody notice that before but the perfect CP at the sub's is just a fake CP at the hand.

Fake CP... why not a real one? These makers are cutting corners on everything.

Thanks again Chris for this nice CP construction catch. Really interesting

Anyway, since everything at the decorated movement are fake and no real clone, I don't see very serious a simulated CP, impossible to be noticed without disassembling, but almost perfect in appearance.
This is the goal of a rep, isn't it?
Much better than the horrible CP with raised rim from ZFac!
This is not at all a bad solution for a REP... IMHO

I agree, to me it looks like a good solution.
Besides it has already been done with noob 372 and I'm sure a bunch of recent reps.

I agree 100% with you ALE. A good looking fake CP is much better than a wrong "real" CP.

Hi Chris. Where do you purchase these parts? Can you also mention what you use to oil the parts. Thank you!
