OMG! have you read this detailed tutorial??
This is thoroughly explained by chris in the thread!!

.... you have to remove first the CG and the crown.

Push careful this little bottom and remove the stem

You need JUST to pull the crown after pushing carefully the button !!!

If you don't understand that, how the hell do you think to make the complete job ?? :bless: LOL

Thanks for the great work Chris.
Question for you....my KW-382 bezel is not centered at 12. Its around half a click off.
Can the dial be moved slightly one way and what about the movement? I'm worried about re-fixing the stem if the movement is moved.

I think so as you're shifting the dial left or right until it aligns properly to the dw.

Dear Mods and OP,
Would like the permission to contribute with this great how-to by sharing my experience with the ZFac 389 "ZP9000" v2 A7750 movement.
OPs images used as base to compare.

This was the first time I had a face to face with "decorated" A7750s and I was shocked.
Please, don't get me wrong but it's just nonsense to me, really can't understand what's all the fuzz about enhancing the deco on 7750 movements.
I mean a faux PR I can actually understand, but the escapement??

Well, the first thing I noticed by popping the case back is that there is no little black arrow painted on "antimagnetic" case.
Pretty easy to find the slot where you can lift it with a screwdriver though.

The three little screws at the rotor are just deco and glued as well, and can be removed with tweezers.
But my ZP9000 did not have a deco plate attached to the rotor screw, so what you see is the real rotor screw.
Use your tweezers again to unscrew and remove the rotor.

The main deco plate is fixed to the movement with 2 long screws instead of those 3.
Remove them screws and lift the plate. (sorry, did not take pics of the long screws)

Pretty noticeable difference on the NON-inverted ZP9000-V2 (and totally unnecessary IMHO).

To my surprise, instead of finding the two clips/screws for the realignment I found these two thick and loose metal gaskets.
They seem to help tighten the plate to the movement, then to the dial, DIRECTLY. No clips. No extra screws to loose.
So after you remove the deco plate everything is loose and you can move the movement under the dial to both sides and voilà adjust the date wheel properly.

I did remove first the CG and the crown, but in the end it seemed unnecessary.
Notice how the movements apparently have different fixation methods..

Thanks for reading and please ask if you have any questions.
