Before I found RWI I bought from some website just like you did. They had gen pics on their website, which I didn't realize at the time. Then the watch I received was nothing like was in the picture. I started to do the same thing you did, and they were making offers, never did see that money. So the lesson is, don't use non trusted dealers. The dealers on here are trusted for a reason. You get treated right by them. But I agree with someone else that said not to send back a watch that has issues. You risk it getting lost, or getting taken by customs. then a long waiting period also. if you get a watch that has an issue I think it's much easier just to take a little loss and send it to one of our watchsmiths here and have them fix it. Much faster and safer. and then you can work out a deal with the TD to get some sort of a discount on your next purchase. I never risk sending one back to China.
