I was hunting at local rep market for a 111 v4. One dealer said he had none, but expecting a batch of new, revised v4 that might address the issues of the current v4. Also said to expect to wait till late january because the factory was dumping old stock and parts, while discontinuing non popular models. I don't know this dealer, nor do I know how much of his words are true, but if that's really the case we may end up with slimmer pickings soon... damn.

I'm hoping that some of the more connected and knowledgeable members of this great forum could shed some light on this. But maybe the silence is telling?

It's telling you what exactly? I prefer getting information straight, not having to infer any crazy ideas from the lack thereof.
Good for you! Davidsen is still currently the only source for the PAM025 (and he is planning to release an update this year after working on the PAM024 last year), although why you would post this here escapes me.
It isn't really telling me anything... but since I can't remember reading anything substantial anywhere about why and how long Noobs base PAMs are out of stock, all that's left is conspiracy theories ;-)

Pam 111 is the most popular model, so I really doubt Noob will ever discontinue it lol.

I see. The main topic is still Noob discontinuing some PAMs, primarily the modern/contemporary ones plus what kilowatorre was mentioning were pre-V and pre-A models, of which the PAM025 is neither (it is actually one of the first Vendome models and also was released in the A-series, and later on in the D-series). The PAM025 was never really discontinued, but as Davidsen isn't really a big dealer and the PAM025 in its current form had some issues (read the PAM guide for info), it wasn't much sought after.
