How long does a watch from theonewatches.io take to process?

Just recently ordered a Rolex Yacht Master Marble Dot Dial from the site and has been in "processing" since over 12 hours ago or so. I understand that it might take a month or longer since it's being shipped from China to NZ however I'd also like a time estimate for the order to be confirmed.

It varies (enormously) from order to order. There's no set timetable for rep orders, or even confirmation. The TDs aren't that long back from the CNY shutdowns, so they often have big backlogs to deal with. The key to rep ordering is patience.

Hi and welcome to RWI!
12 hours is the blink of an eye in replica world time. Not even that. You need to be extremely patient in this game. It may remain in processing for quite a while, TD's tend to get back to you when they have some news. After order receipt, the TD will go about looking for availability of your watch from factories. Depending on popularity of the model, it may take more or less time to actually source it. And if the TD doesn't like what he gets, he'll source another one without telling you, again waiting time. As said, he will get back to you when he has something to tell you, i.e. the watch to show you.
Next time, check first for availability with the TD by contacting him via e-mail or whatsapp or whatever means of communication he advertises on his website.
I advise you to read the sticky threads in all sections of the new members area, since there you will find a lot of information about first steps in the rep-world, how this forum works, what rules need to be followed, how to approach your first buy and what to do AFTER your first buy. Reading all of that will save you a lot of time asking questions which may not be taken very well by all members, since the information is already there, if you care to look after it.
What I would now do inj your place is just wait. If nothing changes by the end of the week send an email to Steve referencing your order number and ask politely if there's any news and what timeframes you can expect. Don't expect immediate answers, these guys are busy. Patience, patience, patience. That's key.
If you need anything, you can always ask @eBoy or myself, we'll be more than happy to help or refer you to those in the know.
Good luck!

Hi, welcome to RWI.

Let me add a sentence to the gold-ladden treasure trove of information @Feefo left you that you will hear many times over if you spent more time here:

"Patience is a virtue in the replica hobby."

Everything is slower than in regular online shopping ala Amazon as you have to keep in mind that this is a non-conventional branch of business, pretty much operating outside of legality. Our TDs are 100% trustworthy, but sometimes even they cannot control how quickly the factories supply the products as they are forced to keep a low profile for obvious reasons.

Have fun, be (very) patient and enjoy your toy once it arrives.

PS: TDs rarely keep stock, by the way. Every watch ordered has to be delivered to the TD on order by the factory.

so theonewatches do have a different webpage with supposedly "in hand" watches they have here:
*edited non-Td website
i did ordered a green dial 3KF Nautilus 5711 and it only took 2 days to get QC photos and ship

now D09uin the other problem they have is if you pay with credit card, their CC system is horrible and your card will take
1-2 days just to verify and many cards will come back as "high risk" after a day or 2, i used same major credit card with trusty
with no problem and was "high risk" with theonewatches, ended up paying with crypto and they approved the sale in a few
hours, but i don't recommend paying with crypto unless you need to expedite the process.

I don't think the URL listed on that Yupoo catalog is a legit address from Steve, looks more like the typical scam site that uses a TD's brand. TDs usually don't have "different webpages". At least none that are actually affiliated with them. Unless Steve is a rare exception from the rule....

@williammoore I for one highly doubt you will actually receive anything. If you got very luck and they indeed shipped something, it's either a $50 Dhgate shitter or a cow turd.

no i didn't yet, ordered about a week ago (im in the US) apparently now they ship to Hawaii, then they
send you a pic of the watch with the USPS tracking number but when you look for the tracking it tells you "USPS is waiting
for the package" and you see it moving with "Shipping Partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC."
the crazy thing is shipping label was created in Illinois then say arrived to Illinois shipping facility then passed my state to go
to California!
i saw the same story from user on reddit and it took about another week to receive, so im hopeful i get it soon
will do a review.

When I press on a watch on the legit theonewatches site it takes me to the watch description. On your Screenshot I can see bottom right "block Theone Watchs", sorry but that's not Steve's legit site. How did you get to that site?

the yupoo website is where Steve has actual stock items listed but you buy them from their actual onewatches web address.
Steve has sent it to me a couple of times and the QC etc is heaps faster because he has them in stock. The onewatches says in stock means absolutely nothing, apparently in stock on there means he can get them but could be a huge wait.

He's a very legit and helpful seller I have bought from numerous times

This is true and accurate, if you go to Steve's/TheOneWatches site, click it through the TD on RWI if you want to be 100% sure, then click on the yellow ordering guide box, then click on the link under #3 Quality Control and it will take you to his personal site listing inventory he has in his possession. I've ordered many models that's listed there because I know QC is very fast, 1-2 days. Steve confirmed with me that he updates that inventory list daily, but I always shoot him an email to double check before ordering

Thanks guys, wasn't aware of a spin-off site, always learning something new here.
Pray tell, what should @eBoy and myself apologize for? For keeping an eye on new members and worrying about them possibly being scammed? I have not the impression that you've been addressed in a rude manner. If we see a website that is not under the TD list, then red flags raise. The more so if there's a .com extension, very unusual for this kind of sites. We were just worried you had been scammed and wanted to clear the situation in time for you to take some steps and recover some money if so. We were wrong, the site is legit. No harm done. If the site you linked hadn't been legit, other members may have gone there and get scammed as well. We just took completely legitimate (and necessary) precautions.

@williammoore I would, maybe, consider to apologize if I would not have said the above sentence and if we both had sanctioned you or accused you of being a 1-post spammer. We gave you the benefit of the doubt and in fact rather had your protection in mind.

It's not the usual MO of a TD, at least of none that I'm aware of.

@Feefo is right: We are on the lookout for newbies (including you). We did not assess the situation correctly because some things sounded suspicious, but luckily you clarified. Thank you for that. End of story.
