how goog are these Rolies ?

Hello to all. I bought these sub reps long ago before discovering RWI and I was wondering how good (or not !) these were and what kind of model (I mean factory) they were. Sorry for some crappy picts, there are my fery first attemps and I see now I shoud have clean them before :?

First one: I used to wear it as daily beater before changing for the second one. Here it is:

The seconde one: It's now my daily beater (see the scratches on the band !). Different from the first one but I don't know which one is more accurate. Date is amazing with different fonts. Here it is:

Are the third one, my wyfe's one in fact. Even don't know if it exists but it looks really good. Here it is:

Im not sure if they are good Reps or not, but i can say that they have been worn hard and are in need of a bath and some seroius TLC, After that, post the pics and see what people think,

I confirm. I 've worn the first one during 1 year and 2 for the 2nd one. I agree with you and cleaned them this afternoon. I do not know what kind of mouvment is in (asian something for sure !), bu what I can say is they are very reliable. I played tennis, golf, pratice windsurf and snowboard with it without any issues (and any service) ! I am very suprise about some posts concerning issues with non ETA mouvments.
I will try to put picture of clean watch later...
Is there something that can be done to improve there accuracy ? For me dat mag is not enought on the 1st one and for sur bezel insert need to be changed on the 2 watches...

Yes this one looks really nice. Rolex should think about this model !!

About the 2 other subs, what are the main flaws and what could / sould be improve.

According to me:
- Bezel insert aand pearl replacement on both.
- dateweel is wrong on both but can it be replace ? by what ?
- Date mag is wrong on sub 1, can it be changed ? by what and how ?
- CG must be trimed on sub 1, better on sub 2
- Crown gasket if off on sub 2 (cut while using crown). What could be use to replce it, where to order ?
- Crown to big on sub 2. Can I replace tube and crown with better ones ?
- Bands are not too bad but scraches sould me removed...

But on the top of that, do these watches are worth this work if the basements are not strong enought ?

For sure they did. I bought the 2 watches for 20$ (sub 1) ans 30$ (sub 2) during a bsiness trip in beiging and considering they still work fine without any cost, it was a good deal. Now I need at least to replace the crown gasket on sub 2 to keep using it in water activity but I am a bit afraid to open it myself and ruin everyting, but on the other hand I link it too mutch to leave it in a box... So that why I would like to know what kind of gasket is needed and where to order it.
