Sorry if its the wrong location, or already mentioned somewhere, but I dont even what such boxes are called to search for them?

is there someway of a moving box, where the watch keeps rotating or so in the box, so that it does not stop?
if so, any pros/contras of always keeping the watch moving?

You need a watchwinder. It's available on Amazon and other online sellers. Also eBay, Aliexpress etc. It's a box that constantly and gently shake watches.

Regarding pros and cons, I don't know, never use it. Perhaps a constantly moving movement, expecially chinese, will need a regulation, first or last? For movement like A7750, considered a timebomb by many members here, but increased in quality, maybe it's better a oid the use of a watchwinder?

gently shake watches.
It moves around in circles

@OP You may want to look into the effects of prolonged wear on the movement due to watch winders.

If you have a large collection that does not get frequent wear, it may be better to pull the stem and let the watch rest. If you have a watch that has no or very bad reserve and you need to set it everyday because it dies overnight, a watch winder may be an option. Although if it's supposed to have a reserve it may be better to get it serviced.

If you have a few automatic watches on the rotation and need them to be always on time then a watch winder is a nice thing to have.

If you have many watches and rotate them a lot then a winder is useless. Just wind the watch and set it before wearing it.

Pros apart from the convenience of having the watches always set is that you don’t have to use the crown as much to wind and set time. These can be fragile in some reps so the less you use them the better.

Cons is that the movement is always working. These are mechanical parts so the more they work, the more wear there is.

Personally I never bothered with it. I like the ritual of winding and setting my watch before wearing it and I’m as gentle as possible with the crown operation.

The A7750 is a workhorse. It’s the modified versions that have additional gear to operate the subdials in a non-native configuration that are timebombs.

Depends on which watch/movement. VS3235 for example has +- 70 hours reserve.
(In ideal movement condition, serviced - probably.)

It depends by the rep. Some high end reps have a 72 hours power reserve. Others, 48 hours. I don't know if, for cheap reps, it's different.

Thats the neat part; I don't.

I wind and set the time, and go about my day. If I wear the watch the next day, just give it a few turns of the crown and she's good. I place it in my box, and continue on about my business. I don't always wear a watch, and I usually rotate 2 in a week.

Regardless if they're rep or gen, you're going to cause wear somehow. Either by regularly winding it manually, or by the watch constantly running in a automatic winding watchbox.

I control the watches, they don't control me.

Depends on the movement but:
Overnight, definitely.
A day most probably.
Two days, maybe.
More, unlikely unless the movement is capable of holding a 48+ hours reserve and is in good working condition.
