How do you correctly pronunce "Panerai"?

I believe GMT stands for "Greenwich Mean Time"

more like paHn-AIR-eye.
ie, with a slight aspiratrion, and a 'longer' 'A' in PAN. I don't speak Italian, but I know some that do, and I asked and heard them say it. Then, when I was in Italia I tried it out on a couple of locals and they said, "bene!"

Then again, its not PERFECT (impossible to be able to write down speech EXACTLY as letters, but one hell of a guide-line!!!

The C in Blancpain may be pronounced.
The D in Girard isn't pronounced.
the R at the end of Coultre may be pronounced if you have the hang of those french Rs.
Philippe is pronounced fee-leep.
...and Rolex is pronounced Rolex, apart from in its largest market where it's pronounced lolex.

I kind of felt like a dork asking the original question to all of the experts in this group. Thanks for all the asssitance, and the "watch sounds" link will be very helpful. I have only been here a short time, but I can now see that within a matter of months I will be pennyless and homeless out on the streets with my new found "hobby"! If i spend all of my money on reps will you guys take up a relief fund for me? Wait, if I don't have a permanent address how will I get my watches? Thanks again for all the help.

What you do when that happens is you wear all of the watches on one arm, or both of them depending how many you have, then you sell them on the street to get the money to get back into a house, or to rent a mail drop. Then you start all over again. You can do this over and over and over....
