I read the first couple sentences and thought this was a bad report of Andiot, after forcing myself to read the whole entire thing, it was actually a good report of Andiot. Well, I have seen how he originally behaved and knowing how Chinese people are at that level , I wonder how long he'll last with our standard of conduct.

You can force a person to be how you want him to be with fear of losing benefits but it won't last.
