yes, mink oil is organic...but it's holding up fine now..anyway, i'm hoping that it'll start to rot and harden...then i'll have REAL patina!!

Oil bath for the movement, and your in Aussie, so getting your watch hot enough to make that oil flow is something I'd think about ...
