Hi and welcome to RWI! Glad you found your way here.
Please post here the URL you've used to purchase from hont. It may be a scam site if you didn't use RWI'S links. Or it may just be hont wants to log in all data for shipping in advance. Birthday is odd, though. How did you pay?

@hontwatch can you please explain why there is a DOB needed to issue a refund. This is certainly not standard banking procedure. There should be a way that you can explain to your bank that your customers are not comfortable with supplying such information as it is not secure and can lead to identity theft.
