True!!!!

The way to fix the thick marker rim problem is to use the markers from a V7 DSSD dial. Here's my custom MBW maxi dial using the V7 markers, (left) and a stock MBW dial (right).

also the minute ticks are not long enough they do touch the rehault.i hope final version all these issues are fixed, otherwise ill stay with my bp subs.is this prototype even using the correct big boy super case
Often they touch the rehaut only in some places on gen too. In my understanding, they are not supposed to touch the rehaut at all. Its all a matter of having to get the dial 100% in the middle, which i nearly impossible.
check this 16613 for instance, which clearly has the dial too far upwards

On this 16610, you can see it has a small black line between rehaut and indices-ends , and it appears to be more or less 100% centered.

As I said, I actually think that there's supposed to be a small "black rim" and that the indices are NOT supposed to touch the rehaut, something the above 16610 supports. Many gens have small allignment issues on many things, like 12 hour triangle on insert not exactly at 12, cyclop a hair off center, etc. Each watch has its own tolerances, and most people will never notice. But we as nerds become obsessed with these minor "flaws", but we have to remember which of these are also typical for gen. To me dial print and shine is much much more important.
The noob dials are generally really nice, esp. when it comes to amount of shine, and print quality/font - very crisp and I cannot tell the difference between my old sub-c and my mates gen, when it comes to the dial. The rims are fatter than one might think on the gen maxis thought not as tall as the noob, which is visible from an angle.
The old noob 16610 dial was imo spot on in every aspect. The sub-c still leaves a little bit, but its massively better than BP's. Can't wait to see this newest update in person.
