Brother and Suster in law live in Cognac. Spend my summer in the area. Usually visiting for the festivals that these guys finance. Prefer Remi to Hennessy though. The Hennessy building dominates the entrance to the centre.

I've always had a glass of Hennessy XO neat as my signature drink, but a couple of nights ago, I had some Remy Martin Excellence, and OMG, smooth as butter yet not thick as henny. Whaddya cognac drinkers think?

I also had a glass of some Glenfiddich 18 and being my first glass of single malt, I might pick up a bottle this friday :D

Neither. Single malt neat every time, or good southern bourbon. I'm a JD man myself.

Hennessy all the way baby.
Currently enjoying the V.S Limited Edition by Felipe Pantone.
Cool looking bottle that's become somewhat collectable.
