Help with GRAHAM Diver mods???

Yay my Tech Seal v2 will be here in another day or two. Anticipating a wobbly lever, what's the best way to tighten it ? Read about using a pliers (with a cloth to protect) - does this mean squeezing the top and bottom parts of the lever assembly together to increase friction on it ? Also read something about using a washer that didn't require disassembly ?

I did a search for the specifics but didn't come up with anything... anyone here care to explain the fix in more detail ?

My 2009 Diver was just ordered. Why are people losing screws? Is this something I need to be concerned with? Are they just loose from the factory? Also, I ordered mine from Prime Time. Do they do anything with the watches that other dealers don't ? I read in here that one dealer does water proof testing???

One last thing. In an age where we all have video phones or cameras, youtube, etc., can somebody please post a video demonstration of the fixes that were described in here, on youtube? That would be stellar!
