My guess is that they cut the stem too short and it is not quite holding. A very easy fix if that is it. Testing to see if that is the problem is a little more difficult if you don't have another 2824 stem handy.

Same thing happened to my new 42mm CrPO, I returned it to the TD, and I'm going to get a V5 PO instead, too many problems with the "Swiss" movements in these watches, and the movement in mine was a 2836 not 2824.
