By bi metal I'm assuming you mean two tone? If so then you should take a look at a WSO bracelet and a WSO bezel ring on eBay. They are solid gold mid links and bezel ring.

You can grab gen dials on TRF or eBay but be careful on the bay. Insert are the same they can be had for short money. You are going to need to have the CGs shaved to gen spec there a few guys here on the forum who can help you.

you should just buy a TC V6 and TC blue dial + hands. its not gen but its pretty nice.
that along with WSO bracelet and bezel, rep gold DWO + gen insert and gen crown would make a nice rep.
you can sell the TC dial, hands and bracelet...etc and recoup some of your money.

you could buy the TC LV and swap the parts. the LV parts would sell a lot quicker imo.

the parts you have listed would make one hell of a rep but its not gonna be cheap.
with the TC base, youre still looking at 2k+

the way you have it laid out is gonna be at least double that. esp if you go with a Yuki 3135 w/ service.
if thats in your budget, that would def be the better watch.

I've spoke to TC many times, I'm definitely getting some bits from him, and budget is around 2000-3000

Here's the bracelet you will need a new clasp but you can just throw a SS TC clasp on it or a WM9 TT clasp.

Here's the bezel I'm told they need slight modification to fit. I'll be going through this myself soon with my Franken.

Weird I was looking at them just two days ago! They look nice! Can I swap some end links that have the etched engraving?

Scratch that, I'll be going for an older model with no rehaut and case engraving but clasp I'll probably get a gen one

Thats a pretty good budget for what you need. Post pics and let us know your progress.

I disagree. It will cost a good bit more if he's looking to do a full Franken build. Rudy was into my build for around 3k BEFORE I bought the bracelet or bezel.

i haven't gone through the whole process so I stand corrected but for 2-3k OP should have a great start at least.

Don't want to hijack, but if you decide to go a2824, I have a set of gold TC hands and a champagne datewheel for your build. I have them because I ended up going rep 3135 for mine and those parts did not fit.

The most important parts are an accurate (tc or gen) crystal, WSO or Startime bezel (ask watchmakers which they prefer), bracelet using real gold (WSO or Genuine), Genuine dial, and genuine hands/datewheel if you decide to go with a 3135 movement.

Pretty much everyone in this thread has gone over that already though.

You'll definitely want to set your budget closer to $3,000 and preferably above.

Please use the model # 16613. Everyone will know what you mean. IMO saying bi-metal refers to a Omega PO new bi-metal ceramic inserted some such.
16613 says it all amigo
