Hi all,
I've been doing a lot of reading here for weeks and have gone over everything ALE has posted and other noteworthy members have posted. It's all been very useful. I'm going to pick up a pam rep but I prefer closed caseback so that the movement flaws cannot be seen. But the sausage dial on 000,005,390 is worrying me. Exactly how significant is this? I read somewhere ALE said it's bothering to him, and then it landed in M attention too. Is the V 4 111 or 112 a better bet then (if I ignore the display caseback)?
I want the dial to be as close to gen as possible. Dial > caseback anyday for me.
So friends, is the sausage really that much of an issue or should I freely pull the trigger on any of the 000, 005,390?
Appreciate any feedback you can give to this noob. Happy to join this growing community!
Cheers
