Thanks for all the informative posts on this forum! Makes it a lot easier to navigate first hand experience on very specific things. Also coming back to a forum after being a part of many back in the day is a breath of fresh air.

TLDR story of finding my way here is that my apple watch recently broke and I decided to buy a "real" watch instead of replacing it. After quickly realizing gen watches are little more than I am comfortable spending at the moment, I wondered if rep watches existed in the same way that other fashion items do. So here I am ready to dive into another rabbit hole!
