Hey there, welcome to the forum!
You've definitely come to the right place before making a purchasing decision. First of all, disregard the sketchy sites, and take a look at the TDs (trusted dealers) here

When you buy from a TD, you're backed up by the forum, and mods/admins here. It'll keep you safe, and you won't get scammed like some of the "swiss" replica sites. Since you're into IWC (some fine ones at that) I would take a look at the IWC section
http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/forumdisplay.php/55-IWC-International-Watch-Company-Replicas Read through the threads, and most importantly, the stickies.
The biggest part of getting a good rep is research. You might want to dive right into buying a watch from a TD, but I urge you to read up on everything first. There are many different versions of the same watch, made by different factories. Each with different flaws, quality, and price. So make sure you look through all of the stickies, about movements, factories, and the basic do's and don'ts or the rep world. I waited for almost a month, reading up on everything, before I bought my first rep. So don't rush yourself.
Good luck, can't wait to see what you get yourself!
