Jewelry, PC parts, books, rare comics (>100$/piece), ... nothing was ever stolen.

Since I live in Italy I think I can give an inside in what is reality vs percepted reality. I also know hundreds of people orderinhg stuff and I am not aware of packages being stolen, maybe it happened to them, but not that I know of.

So 14 reps. Wow, that is many, for you I mean. Your experience, only you can speak of. Experiences of the hundreds of people you know ordering stuff (talk about perceived reality, unless you work in Amazon Italy), you really can't speak for them. Not that you know of? Why if they lose something, you should know about the status for the hundreds of people you know ordering stuff (you must really work in Amazon Italy).

And if by small chance, you work in Amazon Italy, as the popular saying goes "RWI is not Amazon."

I won't speak of T-tests (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Student's_t-test) since it is plain boring (...and unpaid for me) and accept your Amazon explanation of why a sample of 14 trials, all of which ended with the same result, are not sgnifucant and take your expert opinion. Case closed for me

Years ago we were all told not to buy anything from or sell anything to Italy due to customs. If you go back 3-4 years you will see many posts directly related to this one. Items vanishing and never to be seen again. Some of them were high end reps with gen parts just like this one. I hope it all works out for you but try and find a different way next time to avoid ever having to even put it to chance.
