I think I can tell who this TD is. I also bought a 299O from him especially given his price and recently mark xvii from him. He is generally responsive and good. You can rely on him. But I think you need to be very careful with QC pics - he does not control/reject on his own and just takes pics of whatever he has. So it is all on you.

I am planning on getting a few more watches from him in short order.
