Have general question about replica watch order. Anyone familiar with TimesShop.net ?

Hello,
I ordered two watches from TimesShop.net
They were ordered for my father as a gift. He was not aware.
The watches got shipped last week, delivery was attempted today.
Have not received (will tomm) - and when I get them - DO NOT plan to even open the packages whatsoever.
This is due to the fact that over the weekend I informed my dad what I had done, and showed him the watches (Pams.)

He decided he would much rather have an AP. So, THREE days ago I contacted TimesShop by email, to apologize and request - (not a return and/or money back) - simply an EXCHANGE. Of course the AP costs more than the two Pams, which I offered and fully agreed to pay the difference.

Their website says returns on unopened merchandise accepted within SEVEN days of receiving. It has now been three days with no response, I'll get the merchandise tomm - though I presume I will not receive a response from them until after that 7-day time period - thus, eliminating the issue for them.
I truly hope it does not come to that !!!
Any other ideas to get in touch with them or remedy this ??

They are a trusted dealer and insinuating that they play foul "to eliminate the issue" is just plain stupid and certainly will not help your case at all.

So if I understand you correctly you changed your mind after the watches are about to be delivered. You intend to ship them all the way back to China, crossing two customs again, and expect them to ship you a new AP. Of course all at the risk (and expense) of the shop. Oh the joys of being a rep dealer.

Why not sell the Pams in the marketplace and order the new AP separately, this will be much less hassle and it was your buyers remorse that started it anyway.

Remedy what? You are suffering buyer's remorse, why is that TS' problem?

Having said that I'm sure that knowing Mark he will do his best to accommodate you.

Keep them or sell them, and order the AP. Selling them here most likely will be painless and you will recoup most of your payout. Problem solved.

Order a new one, and sell that watch u received here.
Im sure u will lose less than the additional shipping fees ($30+-) that you are gonna pay for the exchange.

BTW: Mark did email me back! Sorry for posting this thread. Also, maybe I missed them but did not see in the trusted dealers section? Anyway, carry on.
