I ordered two watches from TimesShop.net
They were ordered for my father as a gift. He was not aware.
The watches got shipped last week, delivery was attempted today.
Have not received (will tomm) - and when I get them - DO NOT plan to even open the packages whatsoever.
This is due to the fact that over the weekend I informed my dad what I had done, and showed him the watches (Pams.)
He decided he would much rather have an AP. So, THREE days ago I contacted TimesShop by email, to apologize and request - (not a return and/or money back) - simply an EXCHANGE. Of course the AP costs more than the two Pams, which I offered and fully agreed to pay the difference.
Their website says returns on unopened merchandise accepted within SEVEN days of receiving. It has now been three days with no response, I'll get the merchandise tomm - though I presume I will not receive a response from them until after that 7-day time period - thus, eliminating the issue for them.
I truly hope it does not come to that !!!
Any other ideas to get in touch with them or remedy this ??
