Has EMS been slow lately?

The EMS tracking is non responsive once its left china. I use USPS tracking website (same #) and it is really accurate. And It is like 1-2 hour to clear the "Inbound to customs" status

I know. I asked that because sometimes, USPS does not update the tracking status, or just simply forget to scan packages.

And that about 1-2 hours to clear the inbound to customs status is bull, mine entered yesterday at 5:15am into that status, and has not changed since. If it changed that fast on your case, they you're part of the lucky few.

For everyone in CONUS, there is no such thing as "EMS Tracking" ......once it is bound for the USA, it is now part of the US Postal System. So always use the US Postal tracking website !! Always > https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input and you should be good to go.

I have always had same day or next morning customs clearance (Chicago). Except for the one time they inspected the package for whatever reason, and it took 4 days and cleared anyway.

My package cleared customs st 3:25am Today. So I'd expect a delivery on Monday.

Here in Taiwan, I can get tracking numbers before the item is even shipped.
I know it's hard, but you have to try to be patient. This is the hardest part.

You guys are gonna kill me, but I had a package dropped off on the 19th, processed thru the sort facility in GZ on the 20th, was processed thru the NYC sort facility on the 21st and is currently on its way to my house. The only reason I mention it is because it's kind of a crap shoot for how long it takes. This is the fastest I've ever had. Usually they sit in GZ for 2 days before they even drop kick em into the back of a plane. And I've had em sit in Customs in NYC for over a week. This one doesn't even have a "processed thru Customs" update. So it's all just the luck of the draw.

And I've got a package that has said the exact same thing for over a week now. It's a small one so maybe that makes a difference. Wouldn't think it would though, seeing as how 8 gazillion pounds of stuff gets shipped outta GZ and the surrounding areas every week.
