You can get a nice Kostas with a brass buckle for USD 160-200, waaaaaaaay better than these one for the money.

Check out his FB page, some nice vintage pieces here, all handmade.

hmm... $300 well If that's your bag then go for it.

As others have mentioned, some of the straps look okay. I also see some uneven edges of top and bottom layer matching up properly.

I'm a friend of Vintage Panerai and authenticity. Wotan Craft Straps are very hard and smells like chrome.
