Has anyone bought the ZF Pelagos with the A2824

since I have tried to buy the xf v5 and it’s all sold out I saw that some Tds have the ZF best edition with the a2824 movement. Has anyone tried it yet? Have they updated anything else besides the movement?

I’m looking for the Pelagos XF v5 blue one, but it’s impossible nowadays from TD.

This ZF in black/blue seems a nice option.

Could you give us your impressions and any more pics about the Pelagos ZF last version?

The first was rejected for being misaligned. The second was perfect (apparently). The size of the numbers and markings on the ceramic insert is thicker on the zf, but it is somewhat noticeable when zoomed in. The dial indices are better on the zf imo. Finally there is a small gap between the outside of the metal ring of the bezel and the ceramic, it will be about 0.1mm but in the xf it is adjusted more precisely. In general I would say that there are no obvious differences between one and the other but I will know for sure when I receive and compare them.

I also ordered one (black) from Puretime and still waiting for the QC pics. Is there anything to look for beside the alignment of the markers?
What is the problem with the clasp? Hanging down a bit on one end?
Is it possible to get it waterproof to 100m? Could water come in at the helium escape valve?
