I have a Pressure Tes set up very similar to the home made version posted on this site (great idea, works like a charm).

I just use a lint roller, the type with the tape sections
that you rip off. No modification the only watch I've had trouble
with is my gen breitling skyland, but works great on my evolution, superocean and all my reps.

So far so good... got it opened... is this strong enough to close it back tight?

Either keep case back stuck to original tape or if removed place a new layer of tape first. Tighten up case back and then press down very firmly while turning and it will be tight before it slips.

This is worked great. I have no really desire to dive off into this Sub but a heard a rattle inside. Not having any tools that would work, I tried this and it worked perfect. Got in there tighten a loose screw and all is good again. Thanks for the help!
