I'm thinking of ordering a new custom strap from my 372. I've been eyeballing Gunny. Those of you with experience, what are the lead times normally like?

About a month, but fantastic quality, and excellent service, well worth the wait IMHO.

Haha i know mate. This store sells the strap without waiting time. I see that they have stocks like mission impossible one and straps that usually need waiting time. If the op didnt want to wait he can grab it directly.

I think I've bought six or seven from Peter. Each is fabulous. He has usually quoted me 4-6 weeks but the straps have arrived in 3-4.
I just received the Caitlyn 2 for my 372.. Best strap I have put on it, took a little over 4 weeks to the states
Very cool! Is that 2 layers? I went with up to 4.5mm thick. I was afraid up to 6mm might be too much. I also went with black stitching to give a bit more depth of color.
I love the watch and yet almost don't like wearing mine due to the cheap rep strap. Somehow I think that is all about to be reversed. Any tips on maintaining the plexi once it gets uber wrist time? lol

Amazing quality- butter soft. Also if you happen to be interested in any other straps you can ask for samples of a specific leather to feel it firsthand.

He made a sweet vintage leather NATO for me recently, it was for a Sub but I'm thinking about having him make me one for my PAM 176... I highly recommend his work.
