The time spent making a dedicated screwdriver for bracelet screws is time well spent. A properly fitting screwdriver will reduce the chances of buggering up screw heads plus there’s no energy lost when you have to power out a really stubborn screw. Close is not close enough. Make ‘em fit tight and you will be rewarded. The same applies for all screwdrivers in watchmaking. Sloppy fitting screwdrivers make the work more difficult and a slipped screwdriver can cause scratches and damage. FYI, i make dedicated bracelet screwdrivers because none of my normal screwdrivers fit perfectly.

Customer’s rotor was touching the caseback and could not spin. A few minutes on the lathe and enough metal was removed so it can spin freely.

DD3285 runs well with a genuine balance and bridge. Gen pallet fork and escape wheel presented problems as the escape wheel's fit was too tight. I obtained a genuine 3285 train bridge and raised the escape wheel jewel about .1mm and that allows the escape wheel to rotate without binding. The closeup photo reveals the genuine skeletonized escape wheel and thinner pallet jewels which are unique to the 32xx RLX movements. This "Chronergy" escapement is supposed to increase efficiency by as much as 15% which contributes to less energy loss and improved power reserve. It's also a nickel-phosphorous material which antimagnetic. A genuine auto wind system will also be installed.
