I think that most of those that enjoy a pam with black dial, love those times that the light conditions give it a green shade.
Panerai has choose that green that in my eyes is like the oxidation of copper - bronze.
The fact that they offer it in matte surface make this effect more realistic and sweet.
I can't understand why they choose to paint date wheel the same color.
It doesn't has a logical explanation and confuse the dial reading using the same colors of aged lume and corrosioned dial.
on the other hand, who am i to judge panerai..
So, even if i will have to find - make another date wheel for mine, my vote is for pam 736 while i also support pam 911 for its' referance to Mr Angelo Bonati.
