I made my first purchase with Puretime, and am very pleased overall. Even with a small delay due to CNY and my choice to upgrade to a different item, communication and turn time was great. Every e-mail I sent was responded to within a very reasonable time frame. Once the item shipped the day after CNY, it took about 10 days to arrive. The quality of the VSF Submariner is great, I absolutely love it. I look forward to my next purchase from Puretime.
