Total turnaround time was so fast - including shipping both ways it was just about a week and a half give or take.
He replaced the auto wind mechanism, and tested out the watch for a day or so before sending it back to me. Best of all, great communication with updates throughout the process and his service charges were beyond reasonable. I was expecting way worse for the $ damage!!! Will definitely use again.
