I bought a BK Sub-C 2 years ago and the thing has not left my wrist.
I wear it daily and its been through the oceans of Cancun, Swimming pools, Showers, and washing Dishes.
I stupidly left it on top of my Cable Box and in the morning the watch was hot and it stopped working.
I emailed 3 repair guys on RWI and only Katt replied instantly. I asked him questions about how to send the watch and what to repair and he replied that same day. I sent him my watch and he received it and told me what was wrong with it and what he could repair and what he could not.
He was upfront, fast communication, and honest.
I received my watch today and its working flawlessly. The regulation Katt did and the repairs to the ETA 2824 are great. I went to Dakota Watch Company and did a pressure test and it passed.
