Sent in a Pam111 for service. Mailed it out on a Friday. Despite transiting USPS over a weekend, Katt emailed me the following Monday to say it was repaired and ready to ship! Received it back in excellent working order less than a week after I mailed it out. And his price was very reasonable.
I shipped another to him today, and if I can source a replacement crown for a Tag Kirium rep, I'll ship him that next.
