Bought a PAM 005 from Ryan.
His communication (English is proficient) efficiency and product knowledge is second to none!
The package was delayed for shipping for some reasons. Ryan insisted on refunding me the shipping fee despite the fact that the delay was caused by the shipping company (DHL), not him.:lol:
