Seems very affordable. But not sure if that’s spring drive?The SBGV245 has always really taken my fancy - £2,600 on eBay just now.

Thanks. Would be interesing to understand where their numbers are coming from but apparently not possible without a premium membership.
Key here imo is to understand whether they factor in Chrono24 / other platform sales from Japan or not. If they factor in Japan prices in this sure, price is lower as they sell for cheaper there, hence also the resale prices are cheaper.
If you only look at EU/UK prices from Chrono24 or the likes the prices are a lot higher than those in your link.

They do the average sale prices of everything sold on ebay/forums like reddit, rolex, watchuseek etc... not sure about Chrono.
I mainly use it for an general average idea of prices. Saw some at Chrono for £4.700 from japan if someone has the balls (i dont).
My argument is just to express my frustration about re sale market prices, as GS is way underrated. If it was a Rolly it would be selling for twice the price. Offer and demand i guess...

From the US aswell? I only buy from ebay, and its tax included. Dont have experience buying directly from a store.
Not sure how it’s for US. If you order anything from outside the EU to the EU you will have to pay your countries import tax on top of what you paid. For UK that’s 20%, Germany 19%.
Sorry I missunderstood. If you order from US to UK you will have to import it and pay 20% on top. Sometimes eBay automatically factors that in if you buy from abroad but not sure if tax included on eBay is the same as import tax included.
here just as an example, cheapest SLGA009 on eBay from Japan. Please read the text in red. if you’d order this you’d have to pay 20% on top of the price you paid on eBay when it hits the UK.

lol - so am I! it's got some damage to the bezel though but still looks lovely.
