I don't want to get you disappointed but:
Mine had the same problem
It was returned to China
Then arrived to me with the movement in the same way and the logo and a subdial bezel loosen.
Returned to China again.
No solution from the dealer
Then I have changed to a Calibre 16
I'm still waiting for it!!
Five months after the purchase of the TAG Calibre 36!!
Really this watch is problematic!!

Perhaps you have better luck
I hope !!

change watch and dealer bro

Same dealer as mine? (puretime)

Hi Pec, dealer and watch already changed !!! LOL

Unfortunately the dealer and the watch have had problems:
Dealer : Replicamake (during last months as TD) :facepalm::facepalm:
Watch : TAG cal 36 :facepalm::facepalm:

I got very bad luck in this case...
You cannot imagine the problems to get a new model of watch from a missing Lay, but at last I think it is on its way now !! crossing fingers !!

I've had 2 of these now with a third on the way. No troubles at all to report - but there is no doubting the potential problems with the slightly modified movement.

In any case, sending a watch back to China for repair/replacement is a timely and anxious thing to do with its own inherent risks!

My experience is as follows;

5 months - Tag GC17. Arrived with a faulty movement... Was losing time very quickly and did not have much PR. Took it to my watchsmith and upon dismantling the watch we found that one of the machine punch holes had missed it's mark completely and created some damage to one of the gears. Sent back to dealer and 5 months later I got the watch back with a new movement

4 months - Rolex GMT II. Arrived with a manufacturing imperfection in the bracelet. Sent back to dealer, no contact for months, then the watch showed up - a brand new replacement...

Tony's watches are always very competitively priced and I'm yet to receive a bad one from him. (he was not the dealer for either of the 2 watches mentioned above)

I've got my watch back yesterday from Puretimewatch, China and everything is working fine.
I have tested it yesterday and today and it is OK, chronograph also.
Hopefully it will remain so.
Maybe it is not even same watch, maybe they sent me a new one, don't know.

Thanks again to everyone at puretimewatch, good job!

Ive had mine for +- 3 months now? And it works perfectly. I had it serviced before it was delivered to me though so that could be the determining factor of reliability..
