Got my Pam 587 from Toro Today

Got this in today. It shipped on the 19th and I got it today. I have ordered a clone P.3000 movement to swap into it. I will post more pictures when I get that done. For $128 dollars I think this watch is a great deal. Really like the logos embossed into the strap.

Very nice watch and great price also. I'm looking at 47mm sized watches with only Marina Militare on dial. Was thinking of ordering a RXW MM20 rep from one of the TDs here and now I come across this. :cryingbadly:

.... the bridge from the movement is the wrong one. Not like the gen. That's why the price is low !

Which is why I ordered the newest P.3000 clone movement.

I turned my Toro 587 into a project watch. I reshaped the case and installed a new dial/movement. The case has a nice plexi/bezel assembly, but it has odd measurements.

Very nice I like that. The only downside I have so far with my 587 is that the band has play between the bars. This is an easy fix. Other than that, I like it a lot.

Please read the original post. I said that I ordered an additional movement, the correct movement to install. I know this watch has the old 3000 movement.

I ordered one of these from Toro, as well. The price was just too good to resist. Can't wait to see it side by side with my River 6154, curious what the case shape differences will look like in real life.

lol, guys this watch is inaccurate on every single angle just because starting from the dial, ending with the caseback... everything is wrong, the COMIC SANS font used by KW to engrave Militare Marina is like 1st April Joke.
Besides, Your Clone 3000 wont fit, hope you are good with CNC machining.

But still bargain for the price. Strap is better than average rep quality.

I agree the dial is disappointing: I quickly got fed up with it. I think the Clone 3000 might fit as the case interior is very weird in dimensioning for a 6897-based model. It will take however alot of patience to cut the movement tabs.
